    Would only go back if it was my last option. The place never changes they are a multi million dollar company but don't like spending money on where it's needed like maintaining equipment little pay for the hard work you have to do. It's an absolute joke

    The challengesPoor communication lack of maintenance the trolleys for the plants are horrendously dangerous

    An amazing job to start, till all the problems start to come out
    The good things Casual staff and other full time employees that wasn’t management of growers or supervisors. The job is fun and rewarding if you love plants and learning.
    The challengesNo support or growth to any higher positions, lots of underhanded comments of workers and problems with management. Safety practices not well followed, causing hazards swept under a rug and made to look like a perfect work place for audits. Unsafe work, poor management, and poor pay for hard work!

    A good learning experience for me which I don’t regret but undervaluing staff and treating them disrespectfully is common, alongside ill equipped people lacking necessary skills (people skills and management skills) being put in positions of control, further damaging culture and the way people are treated.

    The challengesChallenging to see people treated poorly. Poor culture, low morale and poor safety culture unfortunately make working there a challenge. People not a priority.

    Thoroughly enjoy working in the industry with many great co-workers. Being insulted and belittled in front of others doesn't give much motivation.
    The good thingsWorking with plants is great, learning about new varieties, care and maintenance is insightful.
