    Nice People, Very Simple Role and Nothing Complicated.
    The good thingsThe job itself is easy, you don't have to be a brain surgeon to do it. It takes a bit of common sense, and you get waves of rushes so you are NOT constantly on the go.
    The challengesYou have lulls so you are not on the go, and the quiet times are VERY quiet, and there is nothing to do until the next car comes along.

    Repetitive and thankless, dead-end.
    The good thingsFlexible for students. The person who trained me.
    The challengesGetting someone who wants and knows to train, continual promises to standardize the jumble of software and apps prone to malfunction, high-volume inbound calls are all complaint handling, disregard for compassionate leave requests, dead-end job not a career.

    Overall good company to work for
    The good things-The company pay very well. -Plenty of on the job training. -Great company culture, you feel like you're more than just another pawn in a larger machine. -Room to move and develop within the company.
    The challenges-Depending on the client we are contracted to, they can be difficult to deal with. At times, they could be reluctant to provide us with necessary resources or ask unreasonable requests of us. This would vary on a case by case basis though. -Some of my colleagues have had issues being paid properly when first starting. This was worked out eventually but has proved difficult. -At times, the higher-ups had poor communication with us.

    Everyone here is great at their job, so you just fall into step. You just have to love your work.
    The good thingsExtremely talented & amazing people to work with. Everyone here is outstanding in there own way but can be very intense, but totally worth it. I enjoy the diversity of each day because it keeps me on my toes and ready for new professional experiences.
    The challengesFor a company that focuses on talent and the quality of the finished product for the client above all else still struggle to find the best way to communicate the vision and project progress to all the staff across the country.
