Overall good company to work forThe good things-The company pay very well.
-Plenty of on the job training.
-Great company culture, you feel like you're more than just another pawn in a larger machine.
-Room to move and develop within the company.
The challenges-Depending on the client we are contracted to, they can be difficult to deal with. At times, they could be reluctant to provide us with necessary resources or ask unreasonable requests of us. This would vary on a case by case basis though.
-Some of my colleagues have had issues being paid properly when first starting. This was worked out eventually but has proved difficult.
-At times, the higher-ups had poor communication with us.
