The challengesGoing to a job that offers no challenges except work hard and get nothing for it. Training in another area is challenging and a lot has to do with whether a manager likes you, It doesn't matter how good a worker you are. Money wise good. The equipment we use is either broken down or will break down. It is hard to find a decent LLop or Loader to do your job but hey despite the equipment being awful, you are still expected to hit rate ( and although we don't have a pick rate which at this time they now call it Time on task. In reality it's not who you are or how good you are but whether they like you. There are way too many negatives as a posed good but, the money would only be the good factor.
