Generally good place to work with a good work environment although it is resource lean and therefore more work than time available to do it with an unwritten expectation that you'll meet work requirements without being completely recognised or rewarded

The good thingsgood values, mission and role clarity great environment and a very nice place to live in also with good services and amenities close by - not far to drive walk to anything.

The challengesToo much work and not enough paid hours to do it - very lean resourcing with high expectations not necessarily met by remuneration offered/available
