    The good thingsWarm, welcoming culture, approachable and down to earth senior leaders, an openness to innovation and change plus the diversity of role.
    The challengesThe view from the office is spectacular and there is a hybrid work environment but it is a commercial environment so running errands in your lunch break isn't always possible.

    Most toxic workplace I have ever been in.
    The good thingsOther drivers were terrific to work with.
    The challengesAllocators who thought they were god like Management that were only concerned with their own well being which means that the owners weren't overly concerned about staff turnover reasons.
