    They have a lovely team but unfortunately this is not enough to keep staff in the sales team. Highest turnover I have ever seen.
    The good thingsAmazing people throughout all teams.
    The challengesSales Manager does not seem qualified for the job. Communication is lacking bordering on nonexistent. Double standards and inconsistent instruction.

    Very inviting and friendly colleagues who support each other to complete their daily work.
    The good thingsThe people at Porter Plant are the biggest asset they have. No matter the position anyone holds, everyone interacts as equals and friends. Role specific tasks are well explained and everyone is willing to help in anyway possible to ensure the success of the business as a whole as well as you individually.
    The challengesSometimes the open office space can be distracting with other conversations when you are on calls or working.

    Best employer I have ever had!
    The good thingsI worked for this company in a variety of roles for almost 15 years. My colleagues have become friends. I have been given great opportunities to move into new and challenging roles. They also have a wonderful Social Club, which have held many fantastic events over the years.
    The challengesAll companies and roles have their challenges. I did not face a single challenge in 15 years that we couldn't work through together.

    I enjoyed my time working alongside a lot of great people. But unfortunately it became to difficult to continue my role working with 2 grossly under qualified upper management staff members.
    The good thingsYou will find some great people to work with and deal with throughout the company.
    The challengesDealing with grossly-under qualified upper management. Continuously remind upper management that they need to follow their company policies that they have set.

    A relatively unhappy experience!
    The good thingsSome good work colleagues. They unfortunately are not at Porters any more either.
    The challengesNot enough understanding by upper management of the daily resources needed to effectively carry out the work required.
