    Glad I did it, won't do it again.
    The good thingsGuys I worked with were awesome, the culture we made for ourselves was awesome and made the job fun. Everyone always made the effort for after work activities especially when working remotely.
    The challengesManagement, plain and simple. Never know if you're coming or going and they don't either.

    Consider a different place to work. This place is a joke.
    The good thingsThe Technicians are awesome and the Clients are great.
    The challengesNo employee development. Constant pay cuts. The company produces a Bad Morel from management. Poor communication between management and Technicians. Project managers are constantly double dipping clients and technicians to make profits and bonuses.

    Powertech offers a great opportunity to learn another side of the electrical industry whilst earning a smaller than promised salary
