    Great employee base who are knowledgeable and supportive of each other. Most employees feel overworked and unappreciated.

    The challengesProject timelines tighter, expectations higher to work more hours to meet deadlines (including weekends for no benefit, sometimes time off in lieu, if you have the time), more operational staff so bonus' almost non existent. Limited personal development and career opportunities. No annual salary reviews, only considered if you beg and plead a case.
