    Toxic work environment, poor management, avoid working hereOverwhelming negative, toxic, disorganized, extremely stressful. Communication is low, expected to guess what was wanted and if you didn't get it right you are punished. Manager and upper management enjoy breaking your spirit with their negative behaviour. I can see why the previous managers and staff have left. Despite taking on extra responsibility well beyond my role, supporting other stores, recognition, respect, fair pay, and equipment to do the role was non existent. This company does not treat its staff properly or fairly. Shop manager doesn't know how to do the job and blames everyone else for her mistakes, whilst being toxic with upper management to all team members. Especially the young staff. I witnessed favouritism, staff turnover was high, moral low, there's no such thing as staff training and no tools or equipment provided to do your job. I would recommend you think twice if you want to work here, you will regret it.

    disgusting company to work for they just use lower level mangers and treat the poor i would highly recommend avoiding this company

    The good thingsMy area managers were real, family friendly people! They were supportive, encouraging and motivating. They were professional, yet honest and friendly.

    The challengesLow pay and wouldn't budge on pay rate. Working as manager i recieved 20c more an hour then normal staff.
