    Not the best experience unfortunately

    The challengesSeverely under paid. Not equal pay in comparison to other staff in the same role/title, experienced or not, despite efforts, mental health/ family/personal sacrifices, they pick and choose what they're willing to pay you and no thanks to your efforts after moving on. Used to brag about what a good company I worked for, unfortunately I had been deceived.

    The good thingsEverything about working for primary dental is great, the team all work together to help each other, the training is immaculate and we all work as if we’re one big family.
    The challengesIt’s very fast paced so if you can’t work well under pressure you may not do the greatest.

There are regular check ins and constant requests for internal feedback to ensure Quality Improvements are ongoing year round. Primary Dental has worked hard to create an inclusive and positive work environment for the staff which in turn creates motivation to work hard with your family team to provide outstanding results we can all be proud of.

    There is no room for growth, you are expected to far more than you should and often have to work days on your own with no other staff or a receptionist to rely on
    The good thingsI would only recommend this place if an individual desperately needed an income and had no other choice
    The challengesPoor Management, insufficient/reliable staff, different working hours for everyday, often got stuck working later than expected
