    Honesty isn't their forte

    The challengesMy role was actually made redundant due to Covid & our 3rd party suppliers in China shutting down. After having an amazing 4 month performance review, the business decided to terminate my employment citing performance yet refusing to expand on it or provide a reason. No transparency or honesty

    The good thingsWorked at Heidelberg office for 13 years and have taken a leave of absence to start my family. Amazing team environment and have made friends for life. Had the opportunity to work in many fields throughout the company over the years which helped me to gain alot of experience and knowledge.

    The challengesUnless you done your apprenticeship there or been there for years your an outsider.Your experience or ideas mean nothing even if you'd been working for a 1000 years.
