    Great place to do an apprenticeship or expand your skillset and knowledge, great workplace and great people.
    The good thingsDid all 4 years of my Electrical apprenticeship here, was an amazing experience and helped me build the career I have today. The people are amazing and always willing to teach what they know and help you become better at your job.Alot of room to grow in terms of programming and excelling your skills
    The challengesExpectations are high at early in training, chucked in the deep end sometimes and can be a challenge. Is both good and bad.

    If it wasn't for the backward supervisors and poor management this place would be a great work environment. This place is not worth the aggravation with poorly skilled supervisors.
    The good thingsInteresting work with a variety of machinery from all types of industries. Supportive Mechanical / Robotic Engineer who always has time for questions.
    The challengesUnsupportive and toxic supervisors that only care about their own interests. Family ran business but certainly lacking family values. Management only listening to Supervisors and not interested in personnel on the floor.
