The worst work/life balance of my careerThe good thingsRecognisable brands, marketing best practice, learned a lot quickly (had to)
The challengesVery poor people culture, the worst work/life balance I have experienced (working weekends and most evenings, public holidays, people frequently work on their annual leave just to catch up). Not enough resource to get the job done in the time demanded. Years of cut backs and cost saving while expecting less staff to deliver more is leading to burn out across the company. Management don't believe in work/life balance or see a value in people culture
