    I would look elsewhere
The good thingsIt had decent pay otherwise I don't have much positive to say about it.
The challengesPoor leadership and communication skills from those in management positions Was not a good team environment, felt like everyone was just out for themselves. Unprofessional staff in supervisor/management positions.

    Good challenges, but bad managers.
The good thingsI really enjoy being able to help people it’s the best part of the job.
The challengesIt was a decent role when I started in 2020, but since 2024, managers have placed a heavy emphasis on micromanagement, creating significant pressure on the team. this pressure has forced team members to shift their focus away from sales and pay more attention to office culture in a retail shop. RUN!

    Technical Sales Role
    Feb 2025
Mount Gravatt QLD 41221 to 2 years in the role, current employee
A dynamic role that combines technical problem-solving with customer service, requiring patience, precision, and adaptability.
The good thingsproblem-solving aspect of phone repairs, as each case presents a unique challenge that requires technical skills and logical thinking. Interacting with customers and helping them resolve their device issues is also rewarding, especially when I see their satisfaction after a successful repair.
The challengesDealing with frustrated or impatient customers can be challenging, especially when their issues are beyond repair or take longer than expected. The job also requires long hours of standing and working with delicate components, which demands precision and patience.
