    Genuinely good atmosphere, stimulating work and supportive management.
    The good thingsReally great environment. Staff are genuinely happy here, management is amazing - super approachable and personal (big shout out to Lou and Richard). Loads of support and training. If you’re a social person with a good work ethic you’ll enjoy each day.

    Genuine company who are invested in the health of the Australian people!
    The good thingsLoved the training that I received at the start of my work - It helped me thoroughly understand the company, it's values and the product.
    The challengesI think this company has so much potential - I wish to help all Australian's across the country get pure water - I hope that we will be able to grow our team exponentially in the sense that we will have more plumbers and technicians, installing in states and towns that we do not currently have.

    Amazing social atmosphere with great people and encouraging management.
    The good thingsThere are regular bbq's once a month to encourage socializing. Each department takes turns to organise it. We just had a New Years party which was AMAZING. The employee of the year won a large sum of money. Free fruit every Monday, free counselling, discounts to staff and family of staff. We have regular events with the chance to dress up. The whole place is kept social and friendly. This has been the best job I have been in. The management people believe Good Companies start with Good People. And they always put the staff first.
    The challengesAs a developer my work in general is challenging.I haven't really experienced any negative aspects to the company yet. Yes there are deadlines and KPIs but that is a part of any company.

    The good thingsFun and really supportive environment. Highly supportive of personal and career growth. Company is hugely invested in the success of the team as a collective as well as individuals. Awesome Employee Benefits Program. Heaps of perks and a lot of care for the people. They walk the walk, they don't just talk the talk. Without PWS, I wouldn't be where I am now and I'm hugely appreciative. Over the 13 years that I've been here these guys have become my family away from home and sometimes even when I go home!
    The challengesThat depends on your opinion of what a challenge is. A challenge can be change or the necessity to hit the ground running and learn on the way. Sometimes this can be a little stressful but always an opportunity for growth and fulfilment. However, when you care for the company and people that you work for or with, it can be challenging when people don't take the same care as you, which can happen from time to time. A lot has changed around here and it seems to better every day.
