Don’t leave your old job for this company.
The good thingsFree barista coffee and lots of fully paid social events
The challengesLow pay, workload is ok, but it the work environment is horrible - don’t leave before your boss mentality, no proper onboarding, cut throat culture where everyone is just trying to get ahead, unsupportive environment where everyone in the office is watching what you do and who you are talking to and then talk to the partner just for you to get a feedback on this every week and no matter how hard you try to improve it’s a constant roller coaster of everything is good and everything is bad. I thought that I would be fired everyday I have came into the office and then the next day I would feel like I am doing something right - here comes the feedback that I am not enough, next week the feedback is that I am a gift that keeps on giving, very hard to have any other life besides work.

    Nonstop work for low pay.
The good thingsYou learn new things.
The challengesPay is awful. Expected to work 24/7. Managers/Partners are arrogant, demanding and pretend to support work-life balance, but don't. Constantly send surveys to employees, with their responses identifiable, to validate that everything is cool when the reality is that it is not a positive environment.

A very interesting experience that I would not recommend unless you want to upskill in project management and have no other options. If you've got an engineering degree, there really is little benefit.
The good thingsGreat perks and you get to meet plenty of new people.
    The challengesBreeding ground for narcists.
