Pybar are like most contracting companies, they always paid there wages on time, but run small margin projects which put a great cost on the Safety and Training budget.

It's great to work with/for managers who show trustvij me and continually add goals that challenge me whilst nit being micromanged.
The good thingsGreat family run business. Good culture and with a close knit approach to people. Employees aren't treated like a statistic.
The challengesYou set your own bar. Everyone has targets but too much of a cubicle system. People sometimes get lost in a silo culture. It sometimes feels lonely being lost in the midst of a majority white culture and people whilst being of a minority culture.

The challengesInept Managers who are only concerned about their well being at the cost of everyone else. Jurrasic equipment with no redundancies in place. Understand why they continue to lose business.
