    Soul-destroying. If you are a highly skilled professional used to operating at a high level, avoid this place like the plague.
    The good thingsThe only good thing about working here was the friendships I made with the good operators, who have also left this organisation due to issues with management.
    The challengesThe lack of strategic thought and action within the leadership group is appalling. The incompetence is immense and there is a lack of understanding of basic leadership concepts such as building a positive culture, following process and procedure and people management. The culture is toxic.
