Airline industry is an interesting industry thats for sure!
The good thingsBenefits of being in the airline industry is good for discounted travel and accommodation. Great supervisor and manager.
The challengesAverage for the role in this industry, but hard work and stressful. Can be a bit frustrating due to rigid policies and management in our head office. People can also be challenging, but I guess thats in every customer service role.
