    Great company to work for
The good thingsI worked as a contractor doing CTP investigations. My experience was that Quantumcorp had very professional staff who were supportive and willing to help whenever required. They had a great case management system which made a big difference in keeping on top of cases and liaising with the clients. If I was to go back into this industry it would be with Quantumcorp.
The challengesNo fault of Quantumcorp, however the work as a contractor can be challenging in the sense of not having face to face contact with the Company. It is the nature of contracting work in this industry.

A very rewarding 20 years of my working life.
The good thingsI truly enjoyed working at Quantumcorp until retirement. During this time I was given several opportunities to work in various capacities as the company grew to one of the most respected Investigation firms in Australia. The Management and staff created an excellent Culture that was always friendly, supportive, rewarding and flexible.
The challengesEmploying extra personnel during challenging workloads.

Do not be sucked in to the myth.
The good thingsLeaving the insurance investigation Industry
The challengesManagement lie and do not provide support , the clients expectations are unrealistic and they can never be contacted yet your supposed to be available 24/7, not receiving adequate training but then getting in trouble when a mistake is made, the hours expected to be worked. The pay does not reflect the work.

A fantastic, supportive team who consistently make you feel valued.
The good thingsI thoroughly enjoyed my time with Quantumcorp. The team are fantastic to work with, and the support is amazing! The assignments are often varied and in some cases, there is the opportunity to travel.
The challengesI did not find any challenges with working at Quantumcorp. I left the company to pursue other interests and if they do not work out, I would seek re-employment in a heartbeat!

I loved the mix of problem solving and developing my interpersonal skills
The good thingsI enjoyed working with a great Management team that provided strong support and training. The flexibility is great, and they are happy to support your work/life situation. I love that each investigation is different and that I got to communicate with people from all walks of life. The Quantumcorp culture is positive and fun.
The challengesJuggling deadlines, which is just something you need to learn in the investigation world.

Would definitely recommend the company to both new investigators or established ones seeking further opportunities.
The good thingsVery professional place to work whether you're a full-time employee or a contractor working remotely. Highly regarded in the industry as one of the best investigation firms around. Excellent senior management, managers and office staff. Regular training and functions.
The challengesNot really the companies fault but workloads and/or pressures to take on more is quite stressful (also dependants on who you are and how you deal with this).

    Enjoyable with problems and insecurity.
The good thingsWork from a home base, so plenty of flexibility.
The challengesDisconnected workplace, due to working from home. Casual employment = insecurity and inconsistent income. Often there is not enough work and the manager does not seem to get this. I.e. they seem to judge workload by number of cases taken on, rather than how many are due / billable in the pay period. Training can be inconsistent, with being told one thing and then getting a told off later for following directions, but changes made were not advised to staff. Pay is not the best to start and pay rises don't seem to come easily.

I loved working for QuantumCorp and would recommend it as both a place to work and a company to engage. They have the highest technical and ethical standards and really work to produce superior products for clients.
The good thingsThe staff and management are outstanding to work for and with. There is an excellent, supportive and engaging culture.
The challengesThe job is demanding and time-consuming by its nature. It can also be isolating at times - again, a reflection on the job, not on the company.
