    Don't let the after hours pay or 'flexible' hours entice you. Keep your peace.
    The good thingsI enjoyed one of my managers who was very accommodating and tried his best to get me work in my preferred neighbourhood. He was great until he stopped replying my messages with no explanation.
    The challengesTerrible communication. Removed me from a site without contacting me and didn't contact me for an entire week despite me reaching out to find out what was going on. Digital clocking system doesn't work all the time and as a result, workers miss their pay. And the company is very slow at rectifying this, if at all. They haven't rectified my missing payslip for over a month now. Poor management. When you have a problem, they don't do anything to fix it.

    The good thingsExcellent organization with a supportive and passionate team. Friendly and respect all workers there. Enjoyed the work and the working environment.
    The challengesA bit of poor communication with some team members as English is our second language, but body language can help. Still can understand each other.

    The job is challenging.. The area to be clean were huge and the need to do it quick but quality !
