Stay away from Qudos Bank if you want to get into projects.
The good thingsOther than friendly staff, not much, to be honest.
The challengesThe working environment is terrible. Upper management doesn’t seem to care. Too many projects with no clear guidelines, direction or plan. Too much finger pointing and politics going on.

I really enjoy working at Qudos Bank and I really enjoy the management and colleagues.
The good thingsManagement are very supportive to different circumstances. Colleagues are great and everyone gets along well with each other. Working in a contact centre it is fast paced but very relaxed and laid back environment.
The challengesThe main challenge would be travelling to work, sometimes the trains don't always work out or there may be delays.
