    A very dysfunctional company, from their maintenance to people management. Very unsafe company to work for. Stay away if you can it may save your life.

    The challengesDefective equipment, I cant understand how so many things do not work from trailers to trucks. Sowing up for work only to be told your trailers wont be ready for another 3 hours, JOKE.

    The challengesNo work life balance. Also bad workers get rewarded with less work while better works get a higher work load

    Money is ok, working environment is ok, very disorganized.
    The good thingsLong term job, good for getting loans.
    The challengesLots of employees that can't be fired walking around doing nothing, whilst a small minority does the majority of the work. You must be able to put up with a lot of bad eggs
