    Don't do it.
    The good thingsTeam that I was put in had an excellent team leader who kept the team motivated and productive, with that touch of occasional chilled vibe to not make each day a chore.
    The challengesDealing with the micromanagement of the Director being on the floor. CONSTANT. Also almost forced to push through an applicant, even though they probably shouldn't have applied for a loan. They also advertised Full Time, but on the contract you were Casual doing FT hours.

    The challengesAdvertise full time posistion but then your casual for 6 months and you may be casual even longer.

    The good thingsTrain you from the ground up. Company is constantly growing and looking for ways to improve, new roles are always being created. Feels like there is always something else to learn or do. Made to feel like your opinion matters, that you are not just another number. Helping clients that other companies have turned down is also very rewarding. Progression and salary are based on hard work and dedication not just prior experience or qualifications.
    The challengesThe internal sales platform can take a little while to get used to, however once you master it, you will find its one of the best in the industry.

    The good thingsRapid finance is a great company to work for. Its a rewarding and exciting job, management is great and all the staff are friendly. Its a great environment and there is always opportunities and room to in the conpany as the company is also growing and hard work is always recognised. If you are considering moving up in your career in finance or find and interest to it, i recommend working here

    Learnt heaps - sad to go
    The good thingsLoved working at Rapid - Learnt so much, my trainer was fantastic and always helpful
    The challengesNo tram service only the bus - it was okay but would prefer the tram. Ended up driving in as there is free parking all day on the road

    The good thingsSuch a great company to work for - Gave me the opportunity to chase my career goals in becoming a broker
    The challengesFound the CRM hard at first but my trainer taught me well and helped whenever I needed. More parking would be great
