The challengesThe main challenges working for the company with little life and career experience considered mainly the lifestyle brought on by working there, with long hours and constant work, I tended to have trouble learning the different areas of my role, and with constant concentration and immaculate attention to detail I sometimes struggled to keep up with constant flow of work required by me. With my position, the ability to learn at a fast rate with little need to be reminded of processes taught, was expected which provided the highest challenge for myself.
