An incredible opportunity to experience a global leading brand and culture which allowed me to establish my professional base for future development and success.
The good thingsIncredible team culture both within each market and on a national level. Great autonomy and opportunity to challenge the status quo and channel the inner - Huckleberry Finn (was a major KPI). In depth sales and negotiation training to ensure consistency across service levels and brand.
The challengesThe top down management approach sometimes hit snags whereby state based management did not buy into HQ business plans and field execution plans which caused some disruption across markets and a reduced team performance.

Red Bull Australia allows you to be creative, this allowing me to grow and develop my role, implement changes and meet lifelong friends.
The good thingsRed Bull was not a micro managed business. Creative work spaces were developed along with the fantastic culture throughout the business. to work for a Global Organisation can be daunting, though with the flexible and positive working environment made the work place a creative and relaxing environment.
The challengesTo be frank, the challenges was going home. The office had such a great vibe.
