Learning a lot about developing cool software with awesome people in every department.
The good thingsGreat people creates a really fun and relaxed atmosphere to work. Flexible work from home and work times arrangements. We're working on some challenging and unique mobile software. Great office environment.
The challengesAlways too many things I want to do, but not enough time to do them.

A fast-paced, high energy environment with all the support and backing you could ask for to succeed in your role and grow professionally along the way. Strap in for the ride, it's hard work but very rewarding.
The good thingsSuch as good group of talented people. The level of enthusiasm I encounter from the team on a daily basis gives me enjoyment and fulfilment. I'm fully supported in trying new ways of doing things.
The challengesStart-up life can get a little overwhelming at times because you're building frameworks and processes as you go but the rewards are well worth it.

We have many long standing employees here & I'm really grateful to work with such a great bunch of people!
The good thingsI love how open RedEye is to trying new ideas and incorporating people's skills. Everyone is super friendly, nothing is ever too much to ask and everyone genuinely has the same goals so you know you're all on the same path. I love the diversity at RedEye! We wok closely with university's and are always open to giving people their first job, so long as they're the right candidate.
The challengesPeople sometimes have to wear multiple hats but it's not always a bad thing if managed appropriately. I've been at RedEye for 2 years now, it did take a solid 6 months to really get the hang of startup life vs corporate life - but i"m glad I persevered!

Opportunity for those who want to advance
The good thingsGreat opportunities to learn and advance. The opportunities are there to be taken if you want them and go after them.
The challengesCompetitive industry and mature customers makes it tough to find balance. Wearing many hats can make focusing on the most important thing challenging.

The good thingsGreat people, great flexibility, good life-work balance, great and professional team. Freedom to perform your activities Amazing talent.
The challengesTeam structure is a bit blurry, Management is somewhat disconnected from the rest of the team (maybe it is a consequence of Covid19).

Really great team of people where innovation and new ideas are encouraged
The good thingsVery welcoming and friendly environment! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. As a growing business there is lots of opportunities to try new things and share new ideas
The challengesThis is a start-up environment - this has many perks but it does also come with changing priorities and sometimes ambiguity. You need to be flexible and adaptable in this environment.

High intensity and a whirlwind of confused leadership
The good thingsGreat product and a solid drive towards continuous improvement of the product.
The challengesThere is a lot of sacred cows. Lack of transparency and constant focus on profit/loss and head count cuts.

A great company to learn and grow with.
The good thingsBeing a growing company, the scope of roles is generally varied giving lots of opportunities to grow, try new projects and develop yourself. The team environment is friendly and welcoming, there is a focus on investing in culture and building a diverse team. Flexible working opportunities.
The challengesDynamic environment, priorities can change based on changes in market/client activities & commercial opportunities. There less than average process and policies in place which although helps the team to move quickly can sometimes create some ambiguity.

Sadly, I would not recommend working for this company in a million years. Gradually you will be worn down into a shell of your former self. If you value your career, work somewhere else.
The good thingsIf you have a dog, you can take them into the office
The challengesThe organisation and the processes are incredibly poor. There are no policies or procedures, you basically have to make it up on the spot and see what happens. Incredibly high turnover of staff. Your opinion is not valued if it does not match with the 'view' of the CEO. it's his way or the highway.
