Overall, great experience! Many opportunities to develop and learn while working with very genuine and authentic people who shares the same passion and goals.
The good thingsGenuine people who are passionate about providing the best care and education to students. Leaders place their people before their self interest which is hard to find these days. Also have never seen so many internal promotions providing development opportunities at all levels.
The challengesWith international borders shut, quite an interruption to the business.

I worked at Redhill Education a long time ago but it took me a while to realise how toxic the workplace really is
The good thingsSome employees in the office were great people.
The challengesThere is absolutely no direction from anyone and what they want done yet there is so much micromanagement over every single task. A very cheap company that will cut costs on anything and then ask why something is not to the highest quality. If you need any kind of flexibility then this is not the place for you - management on much higher pay who are in the office at 7am and leave at 9pm expect those same hours from you. Every single thing you do is watched and recorded.

    Don't work there.
The good thingsSome people and some managers were great. You get the freedom to be your own boss essentially.
The challengesToo many rotten apples in the business ruining it for people who care about the business and want it to succeed. Barely any structure in management, unfair pay between workers, poor staff morale, high staff turnover, no support particularly for the Melbourne office.

The good thingsEasy to get in, fexible work arrangement, overall it’s a mistake to make if choose to work here
The challengesRun on very low budget, no HR, no pay rise, super poor upper level management, staff turn up, learn their lessons and move on

Good for someone who wants to start education industry without experience
    The good thingsGood working environment
The challengesyou work really hard during day. As tight budget, you don't expect someone else start working with you soon. salary is really low( for my position anyway), leaving rate is reasonably high around me.
