    Great people, hard to achieve results with red tape.Great place to work in terms of flexible work arrangements and not working long hours. However, being a Government agency it has its challenges with the political nature of delivering housing during a housing crisis. Career progression can take time and be difficult depending on management. Often staff are frustrated by policy inhibiting their ability to acheive results with their work. For the most admin heavy development organisation in the State, they have the least amount of admin support staff.
