Good for a short time, but not a long time!
The good thingsMy immediate team, and the flexibility to work from home
The challengesLack of support & accountability from management, Zero opportunity for career progression, The agile workflow is being used to burn out/wear down staff and the integration of AI is continuing to cause numerous issues for staff and will no doubt soon bring further redundancies.

I have had a great time at RLA, there are easier places to work for sure but what we do is challenging, rewarding and we have some really incredible people here.
The good thingsVariety of work, the people, leadership, agile ways of working, digital transformation
The challengesWe work at a very fast pace that doesn't suit everybody.

    Dysfunctional, chaotic work environment.
The good thingsPay is competitive. Lots of benefits like mental health days, inclusive environment.
The challengesManagement are terrible! Entire organisation follows Agile methodology which is generally fine but basically pushes MVP (Minimum Viable Product) rushed out the door even if it's only 60% functional and deal with consequences and customer frustration later. Only Fixed Term contracts are offered because they don't know if they can keep the headcount once all their technology transformations are finished. They also closed all offices and went full time remote working except for Sydney/NSW.
