One of the best companies all round that I have worked for
The good thingsResolve people are professional, friendly, helpful, transparent, honest and passionate about delivering great results for clients. To date I haven't witnessed politics or behavioural issues that typically plague similar organisations.
The challengesWork/life balance can be a challenge which is to be expected of a smaller organisation with a number of concurrently running projects. Help is always available so that no one suffers through the process.

The good thingsNice people with no internal politics. Casual dress in the office with drinks on Fridays. Company get togethers at mid and end of year are lots of fun.
