Horrible, taxing, ultimately, deflating and negatively affected my welfare.
The good thingsWhilst I had a short period of a wonderful cohort around me - eventually toxic management (and toxic) is the only word for it, caused my entire team to leave. Every single one.
The challengesToxic leadership. Toxic toxic toxic. The worst culture. Just the worst. Please take the effects of having to deal with this and the effect it will have on your life into account, before you think about working in this environment.

    Chaotic and mismanaged
The good thingsCool, down to earth people not in the management team.
The challengesThis place left me with anxiety, self-doubt, and burn out that took months to recover from. Management is entitled, disrespectful, and completely lacking in direction - which is getting worse. If you value your wellbeing and growth, do yourself a favour and stay away.

Enjoyed the work but unfortunately been told there’s no career progression and misleading information between departments makes it difficult to consider longevity.
The good thingsFlexibility ,work from home and Brisbane office
The challengesUnfortunately no company structure within team, poor management and leadership

Unfortunately due to one or two people within the team, a job i enjoyed, was passionate about and 100% committed to , was over shaded by disappointing management.
The good thingsFellow colleagues, made some great friends, enjoyed to work
The challengesUnfortunately no career progression, management lacked support and listening to team members opinions.

Disorganised, no direction & very taxing on your personal life.
The good thingsI only enjoying getting to know people from other departments. This wasn’t easy to do unless you worked directly with them due to no culture.
The challenges- No direction - Changes every day - Slow sign offs - No strategy - No clear understanding of roles, and what is within your role. - People come to you for help from all areas of company. - No culture - Extremely fast paced, no time to do anything with good execution - Poor management

Grateful for the opportunity, the senior leaders are trying to get it right, I was treated well during my time, but it’s a sinking ship.
The good thingsAutonomy, flexibility, some good people.
The challengesThe place severely lacks synergy, everyone is employed with a title yet there is no order or line of command and so everyone is crossing into each other’s lanes constantly which causes immense chaos. Processes are a mess and nothing runs fluently as well as processes keep on changing due to the staff turnover. You ask around for instruction on how something is done and no one can answer the question. Severely under resourced and so employees come into the business, get overloaded and burn out, then leave again. There is a large amount of staff turn over; almost every week someone resigns.

I would highly recommend working with RFG as the business is on a completely different path compared to where it once was!
The good thingsThe business has realigned and is on an entirely new journey which is vastly different from the business that RFG once was! - WFH opportunities - Employee Reward & Recognition - Company Culture is strong - Career Developments of promotions and secondments - Donuts, Bread, Cakes, Pizza and more from the training academy and brand development in support office weekly! - Strong Executive team who take the employees opinions on board
The challengesKeeping up to speed with the development of the business as it is moving and growing at speed, which at the end of the day is a really good thing!

Not a place to work in any stage of your career.
The good thingsPretty much next to nothing except some good individuals.
The challengesLack of synergy and knowledge among people. Quite a lot of staff are in higher positions based on cherry picking by someone in power. No real track record of being a domain expertise for a majority.

Overall an unpleasant experience with some highlights
The good thingsThe teams you work with on a day to day basis are all good people.
The challengesThe environment and culture are awful. People are made redundant left and right, which creates a revolving door atmosphere with people always looking over their shoulder. Upper management is trying to get it right but lack of communication makes it difficult.

The good thingsRFG did have a staff coffee machine, then they took it away so I’m struggling to think of anything. The staff are amazing up until they become broken by the flawed system at RFG
The challengesThe upper management is horrific. The customer service is poor. The support is nonexistent. The processes make it impossible to achieve a satisfactory result. You are consistently battle against the tide in a sinking ship.

It was a waste of my life, they don’t have the skilled staff to manage the work and have now let go so many staff they can’t service the business at all.
The good thingsDon’t have to do much work. Not a lot is expected of you.
The challengesThe terrible culture, lake of caring about making a real change and prioritising franchisees.
