    Excellent culture and overall great place to work
    The good thingsReally supportive place to work! The senior management team is very approachable and there's lots of opportunity to learn and grow in your role. Great culture that focuses on balance, achieving as a team and recognising their people.
    The challengesThe business has grown significantly and as a result there are ongoing changes to support growth (e.g. new processes, new systems, etc.).

    The good thingsManagement is the key to Revelian success as well as the overall culture here at Revelian. Everyone is really friendly, and the management really pushes forward a family-oriented approach.

    The challengesRevelian does a lot for a small company. That focus can sometimes be challenging, but management are very transparent and goal orientated making it worthwhile

    I enjoyed all concepts of what Revelian does for their products and in turn the customers who use them but in term of furthering my career it was a wasted year in that I didn't utilise my experience and skills and didn't have enough work to keep me occupi
    The good thingsFriendly staff in general. Dedicated to developing Revelian. Excellent pysches with a huge amount of experience and knowledge.
    The challengesTesting and development itself limited by the cost of growth. Low regard to technical debt and risk and issue analysis not considered.
