It is a beautiful place to work in - the C.A.R.E. Culture filters through to their staff as well - and talking from personal experience they have been wonderful. Absolutely wonderful
The good thingsThe C.A.R.E culture is genuinely second to none. The kindness that I have witnessed to clients to assist them is out of this world. I love the fact that the items that are purchased are not just "dropped off" we actually remain in contact with our clients to ensure that they are receiving the full benefit of their investments. This is not a practice that I have experienced anywhere else.
The challengesThere is a lot of work - because the products that they sell are of excellent quality - and because we go that extra mile for our clients - always busy - but I love it

    Waste of time
The good thingsOnly two customer presentations daily so plenty of free time.
The challengesNo contact with leads prior to appointments booked by interstate Head Office so no input into appointment scheduling. Sales presentation required compliance with trained sales pitch with phone call to Head Office required after every presentation so trained slick professions could entice non-buyers to purchase. Target market of over 60's with health issues, but due to limited expendable income many weren't interest in purchasing overprice therapeutic beds and chairs sourced from China.

Standing at a checkout would be miles ahead money wise.
The good thingsGreat work life balance for a sales rep. (In-home consultant as called), and nothing wrong with the product.
The challengesTelephone leads and poor even for that the norm rather than the exception - The appointment even in is not overly reliable. Zero chance of that changing made it not worthwhile. Commission only (in effect). Head office reviews will be different, but rep turnover is beyond huge for a reason. It's best to ignore motivational sales numbers they text reps as not real world. They do give great staff discounts, but the chances of earning enough was zero (hence 1 star)

    Best job ever!
The good thingsI have never worked for a more supportive company in my life. This is a company that truly invested in their employees and want you to succeed. And they are always there to help. Being surrounded by such supportive people makes going to work everyday easy. They understand work/life balance and the products really are amazing.

Overall it's a cushy job and if you're above average you do very well.
The good thingsThe good thing is that if you're a high achiever you'll do well. You'll have all the support you need
The challengesThe challenges are significant. They say \"Qualified Leads\" That's a joke. The leads are very poor and low grade most of the time. Your \"retainer/wage\" must be refunded back to Revitalife if no sales made. I was told during a difficult period that there was no more help or support.

Beautiful Company, Beautiful People , Support and Encouraging Happiness & Health
The good thingsI started off as an on the road rep which I loved as it worked in well with my family life , but not having a stable income was hard ,but hey that’s sales, Some months were amazing some not so good but over all it balanced out , but the job was very rewarding when you were able to assist the elderly in our community , We have a Great Product That Can Help a lot of People . I stepped away from the sales side of it and have come to work in the office now ( that goes to show what a great company they are to work for) I could of gone to any company but wanted to stick with Revitalife, Great Staff , Management and Awesome Wage for what I do , It’s not like going to work it’s like going to visit your other family- Highly Recommend
The challengesThe highs and Lows of a Sales driven Role , and working with elderly people can be sad when you have a huge heart and are a big softy . As we can’t help everyone. Challenges in the office , not many really, maybe a vending machine is in need ha ha :)

The challengesHave to face not fully qualified leads. Plenty confused with appointment. Random leads provided. Poor management flow of information Communication gaps Confusion with Commission settlement I mean different opinions from different staffs. No good trainer for products but you may find good techniques for selling. Pay commission only.hard to..

A place that doesn't feel like work! Revitalife has it all!
The good thingsIt's hard to right about all the good things when there really is no downside!! The staff are great and you get support whenever you need. You are able to grow and develop your skills and also move up within the company. The managers are always rewarding hard work. The staff are always so friendly and the vibe is always great.

    Amazing place to work.
The good thingsThere are too many good things to list them all, I have never loved a position or working for a company as much as I love working at Revitalife, I never have a day that I wake up and don't want to come to work. The team at Revitalife are all so welcoming and so friendly. Felt like part of the family from day 1.
The challengesMy only challenge would be that we can not help everyone.

Great product, great team. Continue to learn everyday!
The good thingsThe people are amazing. There were some issues with people back when I first started, but all the trouble makers left, and now it is a happy place to go each day.
The challengesThe clients can be tough. You can walk into a home of a person with 10 cats, or someone who is a hoarder. Dealing with that can be challenging, but it is easily outweighed by genuinely helping people.
