    Working for the brand itself was nice and enjoyed working with the local team but when dealing with upper managment there is too many hoops to jump through regardless of any situation
    The good thingsInternal training was very good and the local employees were excellent to work with.
    The challengesThe company shows little to no growth, even when opportunities are pursued or created. The rules are extremely strict and inflexible, regardless of whether the issue is minor or major. They may take months to address any mistakes, even if your actions have had a positive impact on the business.
