    Great decision to work here, great office vibe and i learnt alot.
    The good thingsRinnai is a great company to work for. I was under the Manufacturing &Technology department. What a great bunch of people to work with. All the way up to General Manager. Positive vibe in the office which is so important. I would recommend any of my friends to work in the Mtech part of Rinnai.
    The challengesThe only challenges i found were were career advancement and higher salary.

    Loved working here, if family circumstances were different I would certainly return back!
    The good thingsLearning new skills and personal growth was highly encouraged. A close knit team environment, with people always willing to help. Opportunity to work hard and get rewarded for it. A place to make some good quality friends.

    Wish this place would have been more modern and people could have been more compassionate about their jobs.

    Very poor management in engineering and general manager
    The good thingsNothing to say about the good things in there. They bought Brivis with very poor management system which made a big trouble for them.
