Very unpleasant with different rules for different people

The good thingsI thoroughly enjoyed the customers and talking about and learning about the equipment.

The challengesThere are simply not the same opportunities for all within this company. The only way to survive here is if you have a thick skin to tolerate a lot of negative treatment. A lot of unfair and divisive tactics. Heavy criticism. If you’re not part of the mold, you will really struggle here. The only way to survive is to ignore really poor behaviour amongst team members. People with integrity have a hard time here as they stand up against unfairness. They stand up against disrespect. There are far better jobs out there where you can have more growth opportunities, and earn more money and be treated with the dignity that you deserve. You simply will not receive that here and this is as honest as I can be. I just want to help others not deal with what I did.
