The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues. Dynamic firm culture. Opportunity to practice in many areas of law. Patient and caring firm partners. Fantastic work life balance. Engaged and involvement in community work. Strong pro bono practice. Affordable to mum and dad clients. Diverse staff in different practice areas allow for the merger of skills to solve client problems and provide whole package solutions for clients.
The challengesShould capitalise all public relation opportunities for their high profile cases. The firm is low key and that can be an advantage for clients who value more privacy.
