    The good thingsRondo has looked after me, being flexible with work hours where necessary, and our team is able to have a good chat and a laugh but still get the work done. They're great with offering many learning/training opportunities. I feel very supported in the team :)
    The challengesNo real challenges as such, except for no public transport nearby (except for a bus stop which is about a 15-20min walk away), which isn't really much of a "challenge".

    Highly recommend Rondo as a company that offers stability, great career prospects, treats their staff like family.
    The good thingsVery supportive Management team that offers great flexibility to its employees. Company is growing rapidly and offers many diverse opportunities for growth and development both internally and externally within the organisation . Staff at Rondo are highly qualified and have made my transition with Rondo so much easier with their support and technical knowledge. Rondo has an extremely robust and comprehensive Quality, Environmental and Work Health & Safety systems in place, which is extremely vital toward the longevity for any business to thrive.
    The challengesHaving worked in the Automotive Industry for 25 years, learning new products within the building / Construction Industry took some time to grasp. Developing positive relationships within Manufacturing, Distribution, R&D, Sales and Planning teams is now paying off. Rondo has systems in place to meet the business requirements, I have not found any major challenges thus far that have hindered my role.

    I enjoyed working there, in fact I planned to stay for many years. Change of management destroyed that.
    The good thingsWhen the business does well, bonuses are helpful. The team environment was nice. I planned to stay in the team indefiniately. It was a flexible, enjoyable role.
    The challengesManagement lack management skills, are employed likely because of who they know not the ability to lead the team to success or understand what the role requires.. Poor treatment of employees became a big issue.

    Complete & utter lack of frontline leadership letting down a potentially brilliant operation.
    The good thingsGreat environment & facilities
    The challengesExtremely controlling, very procedure-driven. Frontline leadership is non-existent. Frontline innovation is non-existent. Everything is focussed on the immediate task(s) at hand, long-term improvements never considered. Extremely repetitive work. Suggestions are welcome literally never. Problems are fixed literally never. The frontline 'leaders' are clearly too busy kissing UP to waste time looking down. Leadership - not here.
