I have never been more at ease in my career than working with my colleagues at The Royal Australian Mint - and that is something you don't find everyday!
The good thingsIt was a real \"family\" atmosphere with everyone knowing all other employees. I loved how everyone was working together for a common goal and getting great job satisfaction just by being there every day.
The challengesIt was challenging knowing what was the future going to hold with the opening of the new building. Also being faced with constant problems on the engineering/building site & having a working team that grasped those challenges.
