Great opportunity to gain international experience and develop strong customer service skills.
The good thingsWorking at Royal Caribbean International provided excellent international exposure and the opportunity to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. The role helped me develop strong customer service, communication, and sales skills in a fast-paced environment. The team environment is supportive, and the experience significantly improves confidence and adaptability.
The challengesThe work environment can be demanding, with long hours and high expectations, especially during peak guest activity. Maintaining work-life balance can be challenging, but it also helps build resilience and time management skills.

Great experience when you're young to travel the world and get a good start on your resume.
The good thingsYou really get to travel around the world and see many things while you're earning an income. You get to meet and befriend people from all over the world. If you like parties and \"forever young\" life style, than this is you! Training is superior to shore companies. You don't have many expenses, so you could really save your money.
The challengesWorking 7 days weeks for months at the time. You don't get paid pension/superannuation. You are far from your loved ones. The salary is really bad, so you'd only do it for the travelling. It is a small environment, so there's no where to \"hide\" and you are never alone.
