    Overall good environment and good field of work but not the greatest systems in place.
    The good thingsDiscounted Food services / Time off occasionally
    The challengesSupport wasn't there, the support that was provided was the way the management liked it. The team although fun was rather manipulative and deceiving. Overall didn't have a great experience. Also didn't care about wellbeing and would rather you spent less during country stays etc.

    Low pay and less than favourable treatment, steer clear, unless you think very highly or yourself - even then, it will be beaten out of you.
    The good thingsDiscount on food products
    The challengesWorking in the warehouse, most of the office staff and reps, treat you as a second rate citizen, rather than all working toward the same goal.

    Very positive and easy going work environment, if you enjoy this type of work could easily stay here a long time.

    The challengesPay is a bit average but the work is pretty basic, there is no room to progress in the company unless you know the right people.

    Supportive, professional and welcoming company
    The good thingsI have worked at Royal Foods since 2016 and over the years have really enjoyed my experience. I have been presented with professional and personal growth opportunities and highly supported in my role. The staff at Royal Foods are friendly and I am proud to come to work everyday. I would happily recommend working at Royal Foods.
