While the staff and residents are verywelcoming, there are opportunities to improvetheoverallstandardThe good thingsThe staff and residents are very pleasant; however, the quality of services at house requires significant improvement.
The challengesManagement appears to prioritise maintaining their positions and remuneration rather than investing in staff development or service improvement. There is a lack of training, adequate support staff, and meaningful initiatives for improvement.
Expectations are often communicated through policy documents without practical guidance or support, and there is a culture that relies on implicit pressure rather than constructive engagement. While verbal assurances are frequently given, they are not followed by tangible action.
The remuneration provided does not adequately reflect the scope of duties expected on a daily basis or as outlined in the position description. Based on this experience, I would not recommend investing one’s time and professional experience in this organisation.
