    RPM was my starting place in what became a 30 year career in New homes / Land - 2 stints there .
    The good thingsThe ability to work autonomously , the opportunities that this role created for me later ..The social events = INCREDIBLE
    The challengesWell , you have to be self motivated , you need a result , and for me some serious arguments with management - confrontation that I enjoy , others maybe not .
