Great role for corporate seekers// internal systems should continually improve
The good thingsRSEA's work culture is very vibrant. The sales operations department is mostly filled with generation z employees so the environment can at times be loud but never dull. The workload is great for people who are looking for an entry level role and there are plenty of internal opportunities to work at different roles.
The challengesInternal processes is kinda unstable so explaining any issues that a customer complains about can be a bit difficult. Management is great but should be more firm in regard to tasks that the employees must do.

Invest more into training and focus on communication across teams
The good thingsStrong team culture, and always felt supported by both my manager and team. Communication is generally clear, expectations are pretty clearly set, and there’s a genuine focus on doing things the right way for both customers and staff. Had the opportunity to learn and develop in a fast environment with a team leader who always helped
The challengesNothing major, occasionally information gets passed around a bit without which can make planning tricky.

Don't dream to get promoted or developed here. Otherwise you might enjoy
The good thingsThe mid level managers are good.
The challengesThe company consistently pays employees at the lowest rates in the market while selling unrealistic dreams of growth and success. There is little to no investment in employee development or modern technologyThe CFO’s management style, in particular, is holding the company back.

The challengesStaff who constantly make errors have no consequence. Some procedures and chain of order are frustrating. Performance reviews were useless.
