    The challengesNever any recognition or feedback given for work Lack of training and support, it feels like you have to teach yourself along the way Upper management are dismissive of any feedback and don’t handle criticism well Not a lot of opportunities for career growth and professional development. Same clients are worked on each year as Partners don’t ‘chase’ potential clients A lot of micromanaging and don’t even dare be a minute late to work or you will get a stern talking to
