    A very horrific place to work in specially if the role is new and has not been trailed before
    The good thingsThe staff are excellent and always giving their 100 percent to women and children fleeing family violence

    The challengesIn the section I was in there was not enough staff so it was very busy. The facilities are OK but not great. There was not much of a sense of team work.
