SAGE Automation is an exceptional company.
The good thingsGreat culture, exposure and opportunities SAGE Automation is an exceptional company. My experience was that i was afforded opportunities and I worked hard to make the most of those. I also saw and appreciated that the company was built by long-standing employees who were given opportunities and worked their way up. So i always find it interesting when reviews say something other than that. I put this down to a reflection on the individual rather than the company. As a contractor, SAGE Automation needs to perform on projects in order to survive. If you can contribute to that, and want to have some great experiences and learn a lot along the way, then go for it.
The challengesYou get out of it what you put in.

A company with great intentions let down by those entrusted to lead it.
The good thingsEngineers, technicians and project management team are skilled, personable and reliable.
The challengesThe C-suite, and the majority of the executive team are highly politicised and are self-serving to an extent that deeply affects the operations team. The workplace culture is restrictive and micro-managed, and the workplace vibe/culture is sullen and meaningless. Engineers and project managers are treated very much like worker bees.
