    The good thingsAmazing! Amazing team and workplace culture. Training is thorough and fun. If you are willing to learn and give your best, you will have a wonderful experience. Beautiful products. Family business with pride and integrity. I loved working here. Extremely supportive Store Manager.
    The challengesInconsistent Rostering, however they are open and willing to help employees if communication is maintained. Some days are challenging, however management always finds ways to solve any issues or help with customer enquiries.

    Challenging but rewarding going home knowing that the job had been done and met the companies expectations and receiving emails of gratitude, very uplifting.
    The good thingsWorking with a great sales team with lots of experience and knowledge, proud to be selling their products especially the high end watches and jewellery.
    The challengesMy challenge was always to meet budgets with positive results not too many difficulties that I couldn’t handle there was always someone that I could go to so as to overcome and resolve the situation.

    Many years with this family run business
    The good thingsI have been and still am working for this family run business for quite a few years now and have found them to be very flexible to my everyday life and commitments, I have made some life long friends along the way , great management and working environment
    The challengesSome of the challenges could be long hours especially around Christmas time , but I find that with a flexible roaster anything can be sorted out , again it comes down to a great management team

    The good thingsSmall, supportive, close-knit teams. A really great working environment/work family. Great watches, and lovely jewellery.

    Toxic environment with unnecessary stressors
    The good things- Learning about watches and jewellery items - Meeting new staff from the constant rotations
    The challenges- Poor structure and lack of support from upper management. Fear of making an error due to being reprimanded - Lack of support from a store level due to the competitive nature of achieving sales targets - The focus being emphasised on getting customer's to purchase rather than being allowed to understand the client's needs and preferences

    Very disappointing
    The good thingsThe sales staff I work with are lovely and supportive. Learning about gems and jewellery in general.
    The challengesConstant miscommunication from upper management make it so hard to do your job correctly. Too afraid to ask questions in fear of being named and shamed. Customer service is almost impossible to do with upper management breathing down your neck and constant blame put on staff and customers, even when products are faulty!!! Impossible standards put on staff with very minimal training or follow ups.

    The challengesAbysmal management riddled with family issues and constant bickering. Conflicting messages from all levels and unnecessary and destructive competition between store staff and between stores.

    The good thingsYou might be lucky to work with some good people.
    The challengesUpper management is awful. Treat the staff very poorly. Lots of staff turnover because of this. And then they put more pressure on the staff that stay to work more hours.
