    Not surprised staff turnover is that high.
    The good thingsAt the beginning it was interesting and there were opportunities to learn new skills.
    The challengesManagement. Pay is below average. Long working hours. Ridiculous expectations. No work life balance. Company is a pure mess, no structure whatsoever, everyone is just thrown in without proper training and expected to take initiative to fix companies structural issues without any reward. Individuals are blamed for every mistake, although company clearly lacks staff training.

    I never recommend working for Sands Fridge Lines at any costThey called me for an interview recently and they said they will give me a 1 year contract where I'm not suppose to take any leave for the next 12 months. I needed some time to think regarding the offer and they were okay with that and they asked me to call day after. Since i dont have any job in hand I was ready to accept the offer and i called them to send me the contract and offer letter, first they said yes, later they hesitated to send the offer letter and contract stating that i was unsure regarding the job .

    High Turnover of staff will tell you why you should not work here.
    The good thingsSome of the employees are very supportive and helpful
    The challengesThe managing director has no respect for anyone and will swear and scream at anyone who dares cross his path on a bad day. The pay is lower than average and there is no management support or opportunity for progression. It was a demoralising experience

    I wouldn't recommend
    The good thingsSome of the people there are great! I learned some new skills and systems.
    The challengesMicromanagement from higher ups. Those people are "untouchable" so not point in reporting. Favouritism and lack of communication is rampant too. The pay is very lacking. Expected to work longer than your shift half the time

This company advertises they want mc trainees but not willing to take on people who have made the effort to get the license already Need someone to us people a chance at gaining experience !! Struggling to find employment with “NO EXPERIENCE “

    The good thingsI’ve been working at Sands for more than 5 years. Company provided a good training on new software when needed. Good working hours and free car parking onsite. Friendly working environment. I like to go to work every morning.

    The good thingsExcellent work place, I have been working with Sands for 3 + years. The management team works very hard and accommodates all employees where possible to have a balanced work life culture. Staff and management team are supportive and great to work with. My manager has very clear and precise communication, transparency and reasonable expectations of jobs being completed in due time as per managements requirements. Its a great place to work for.
    The challengesUsing outdated systems for Reporting purposes. Very reliant on excel sheets. Management already have take this feedback onboard and working towards improving this.
